NO military action against Syria: UK Parliament

In a major setback to the US, the British Parliament has voted against military action in Syria, defeating a motion for the same by 13 votes.

The House of Commons shocked Prime Minister David Cameron by voting in favour of a "strong humanitarian response" against the Syrian government's use of chemical weapons to quell the civil rebellion.
