Intelligence agencies will conduct tests on Yasin Bhatkal to prove beyond doubt that the man arrested is in fact the IM founder. Home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde says Bhatkal has been handed over to the Bihar police. The operation was carried out by the Intelligence Bureau with support from the RAW. Bhatkal is being interrogated now. All states will stake claim to interrogate him since he is involved in multiple terror attacks across India.
