FBI tip off to NIA helped arrest Yasin Bhatkal

Yasin Bhatkal's arrest is the second big breakthrough for Indian agencies after the arrest of Lashkar-e-Taiba bomb expert Abdul Karim Tunda earlier this month. Bhatkal (30) was reportedly caught near Gorakhpur in eastern Uttar Pradesh, after a tip-off from the FBI to the National Investigation Agency.

With several states wanting to question him on terror attacks, Intelligence and law enforcement agencies will now decide where to keep Bhatkal. -- NDTV
