Celebratory mood at North Block, the headquarters of the Home Ministry after news of Yasin Bhatkal's arrest broke.

The normally reticent prime minister is believed to have said, 'kudos to the Intelligence Bureau', after the NIA informed him of the arrest. The Director Intelligence Bureau Asif Ibrahim is set to make a six- minutes video presentation on the 'big catch' to the Cabinet Committee on Security on Friday.

Informed sources also confirm that Director Generals of nine states are  being summoned to New Delhi next Tuesday for a briefing on the Yasin Bhatkal arrest. Subsequently, the DGPs will be given a chance to be personally present when officers from their states interrogate Bhatkal.
