12 suspended MPs back in Parliament tomorrow
August 29, 2013  18:32
Friday is crucial for the UPA in the Lok Sabha as 12 suspended MPs -- eight from the Congress and four from the TDP will be allowed to attend Parliament again. Their suspension period of five days for disrupting proceedings of the Lok Sabha ends Friday.

Parliamentarians expect more of the same disruptions from the 12 MPs, so Parliamentary Affairs minister Kamal Nath will meet Speaker Meira Kumar tomorrow to discuss whether the suspension period can be extended till September 6, as many pending bills are to be passed in the Lok Sabha.
