The newly inducted Cabinet Minister from Jharkhand, Yogendra Sao has provided all the answers, claiming how hectic lobbying in Delhi has earned him a Cabinet berth in Hemant Soren-led government in Ranchi.

Sao was caught on camera on Sunday while sharing his wisdom during a community meeting in Hazaribagh.
