Trials of Egypt's Mubarak, Muslim Brotherhood chiefs adjourned

The trials of deposed Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and top leaders of his arch-rival Muslim Brotherhood group for inciting violence and killings in separate instances were adjourned today. 

The re-trial of 85-year-old Mubarak and co-defendants, including his two sons and former interior minister Habib El-Adly, on charges of instigating murder of over 800 people during pro-democracy uprising in 2011 were held at the Police Academy here amid tight security.
