'India's determination won't be deterred in assisting Afghanistan'

In her first solo visit abroad Foreign Secretary Sujatha Singh travelled to Afganistan conveying a clear message that no terrorist attack can have an impact on India's strong determination to assist Afghanistan in its reconstruction and development efforts.

She held talks with her counterpart Ershad Ahmadi and called on President Karzai, 1st Vice President Marshal Fahim, 2nd Vice President Karim Khalili and Foreign Minister Zalmai Rasool.
