Eight Cong MP to resign from Lok Sabha tomorrow

The resignation of eight Congress MPs from Andhra Pradesh on Monday will put pressure on six Union ministers -- Chiranjeevi, Pallam Raju and other junior Union ministers.

K Suryaprakash Reddy is believed to have faxed his resignation to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. On Monday he plans to meet Sonia Gandhi and the PM to hand over the letter in person. The 8 Congress MPs will also visit 20 Akbar Road, the official bungalow of Speaker Meira Kumar.
