Congress blames Modi for delay in Food Security Bill

NDTV reports: The Congress has blamed Gujarat Chief Minister for the delay in Food Security Bill. At the Talkatora stadium in Delhi, where Sonia Gandhi launched the food security scheme yesterday, Union Food Minister KV Thomas said, "Last week when I got the letter from Narendra Modi, what was the aim? It was to delay. Modi who claims to be the next prime minister of the country is denying the right to the people."

Modi had written to the Centre raising five points of objection. The BJP says it does not oppose the bill, but wants changes.
