Three arrested in former MLA's murder case

Three people were arrested today for their alleged involvement in the murder of former MLA and BSP leader Sarvesh Kumar Singh alias Seepu on July 19.

Vijay Yadav, Dinesh Singh and Abhishek Singh were held from different places in the district, police said.

The murder was an outcome of the BSP leader's rivalry with a gang led by Dhruv Singh alias Kuntu, who is currently lodged at Varanasi central jail, DIG Rajkumar said.
