A remark by Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, alleged to have been made while addressing a function at Allahabad, about poverty being "just a state of mind" has gone viral kicking up a row.

Rahul's observation that "Poverty is just a state of mind. It does not mean scarcity of food, money or material things. If one possesses self-confidence, then one can overcome poverty" was enough to bring down the wrath of the cyber world on him. More
