Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh moves an adjournment motion on the LoC killings. Singh gives the example of how despite the "India-Chini bhai bhai" years, China had betrayed India in 1962.

"Nehruji was deeply hurt by China's betrayal. China is not to be trusted. What is the government doing about ceasefire violations? China is preparing to attack India; it's just a matter of time," he says.

"We have a threat from both China and Pakistan. Both the countries are waiting at our borders. It is time to take action against both the countries for repeated violations into our borders," he said.

The BJP and Shiv Sena have also demanded action against China and Pakistan and an end to dialogue and debate.
