BSF jawan, injured in cross-firing along LoC, airlifted to Delhi

A Border Security Force jawan who was injured in cross-border firing in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir has been airlifted to New Delhi for specialised treatment, a BSF officer said today.
Injured Head Constable Ram Niwas Meena has now been admitted in AIIMS, he said. "A sniper had fired from the Pakistan-side of the international border near Narainpur in the afternoon yesterday," the officer said.
