Anti-Sikh riots' verdict: Shoe thrown at judge

The five others who are facing trial for their alleged role in the killings along with Sajjan Kumar are - Balwan Khokkar, Kishan Khokkar, Mahender Yadav, Girdhari Lal and Captain Bhagmal. They are accused of instigating a mob to attack and kill the Sikhs. Of these five, three have been convicted of murder -- Captain Bhagmal, Balwan Khokkar and Giridhari Lal. Kishan Khokkar and Mahender Yadav have been convicted of rioting. Two other accused Maha Singh and Santosh Rani have passed away.
