Anti-Sikh riots: Cong leader Sajjan Kumar ACQUITTED

1984 anti-Sikh riots. A special CBI court has acquitted Congress leader Sajjan Kumar of ALL charges. He has been accused of murder and rioting during the anti-Sikh riots of 1984. The case pertains to violence in the Delhi Cantonment area. He has been charged with murder, dacoity, rioting, inciting violence, and damaging public property in that case. The case was registered in 2005 on the recommendation of the Nanavati Commission.
