Speaking on the issue of China's incursion in Ladakh, the PM said, "We have a plan, we do not want to accentuate the situation".

"It is a localised problem, we do believe it can be solved," said Dr Singh.

On the logjam in Parliament, the PM said, "Opposition should allow Parliament to function. We are making a mockery of the system. The whole world is laughing at us".

Dr Singh termed the attack on Indian prisoner Sarabjit Singh in a Pakistan jail a "very sad incident".
