Nandigram people submit memorandum to CBI

Villagers of Nandigram today submitted a memorandum to CBI officers demanding punishment for those involved in the police firing that left 14 people dead in East Midnapore district in 2007.

They met the two-member team of CBI officers led by Anurag Singh at Nandigram police station and demanded that the investigation be completed soon and the culprits be punished.
