Monsoon likely to be 98 per cent normal

South-West monsoon is expected to be satisfactory, but below normal rain likely in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, says Food Minister K V Thomas. Southwest monsoon rainfall for the country most likely to be normal, Science and Technology Minister S Jaipal Reddy says. Monsoon rainfall likely to be 98 per cent with a margin of error of 5 per cent.
