Women protestor slapped: SC asks cops for affidavit

The Supreme Court has pulled up the Delhi police over a female protestor being slapped over the rape of a five-year-old girl. The cop, Assistant Commissioner of Police Bani Singh Ahlawat, has been suspended.

The SC has asked the Delhi police commissioner Neeraj Kumar to file an affidavit over why the protestor was slapped.
