Abu Jundal refuses to drink water, health worsens

Zabiuddin Ansari alias Abu Jundal, who is lodged in Arthur Road jail for his alleged role in the 26/11 Mumbai attack case, is in a serious condition, his lawyer Ejaz Naqvi said.

Naqvi told rediff.com that the superintendent of the jail, Patrikar, informed him about Jundal's health condition. He was informed that Jundal's condition could turn critical and could even die if he continued disobeying the jail staff by refusing to drink water.
