Mamata: Rs 500 crore relief for chit fund victims

West Bengal chief minister announces Rs 500 crore for those affected by the chit fund scam by the Saradha Group. The funds will be given to the small and medium sized investors. Compensation to be funded partly by a cess of 10 per cent on cigarettes.
