Another child raped in Delhi, accused a minor

At a time when the people of the national capital are angry over the brutal rape of a five-year-old child, yet another incident of rape has come to the light. A six-year-old girl has been raped in the Seemapuri area of northeast Delhi. The accused, aged 14, has been detained. The victim has been admitted to a nearby hospital.
