Starving dog eat's dead owner's head

A German Shepherd cross ate his owner''s head after it got trapped in her Spanish flat when she died. Police claim that the German Shepherd cross became so hungry that he consumed most of Amparo C.R.'s body so he wouldn't starve to death.

Officers were called to the flat in Valencia last week after neighbors complained about a foul smell, and were left horrified to find the half-eaten corpse of the 72-year-old lady, the New York Daily News reported. The dog, barking nearby, had remains of his dead owner's blood in his fur.
