Delhi police commissioner Neeraj Kumar to address the media now. Neeraj Kumar talks about the arrest of the second accused in the rape of a five-year-old girl in Delhi. He says the ACP who slapped a woman protestor will be subjected to a government inquiry and has been suspended. He admits there was a shortfall in the reaction of the staff at the police station where the parents registered the complaint. "The cops who allegedly offered a bribe to the parents will be identified, when the father is free to do so since he is busy at the hospital. The cops will then be suspended. We will take exemplary action on the erring police officers," says Neeraj Kumar.
