Budget session part 2 will be rocky for PM!

A correspondent from Delhi reports: The second half of the budget session is set to witness some firework.

Union minister G K Vasan is likely to urge Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to abstain from the Commonwealth Conference -- which will be held in Colombo in November -- to highlight India's protest against the war crimes allegedly perpetrated by the Sri Lankan government against the Tamil minority community.

The Congress Parliamentary Party is also expected to discuss DMK's withdrawal over the Lankan Tamil issue.
