Police: Low intensity bomb blast in Bangalore

The number of injured in the explosion outside the BJP office in Bangalore has gone up to 13, of which 8 are policemen and two teen girls. Two people are seriously injured.

More importantly, the explosion which was believed to be a CNG blast in a car, now may be a bomb blast.

Rediff.com's Vicky Nanjappa reports that police say the explosion may have occured due to a bomb blast. The explosives may have been planted on a motorcycle. The blast occurred at around 10.40 am, 100 m away from the BJP office.
