Bangalore blast: Injured have sustained fractures

Hospital sources reveal that of the 15 injured, none of them have any head injuries. There are no deaths and most of the injured have sustained fractures. DGP Pachau says nobody is critically injured. The police have confirmed that it was a low-intensity blast, but there are at least six vehicles totally gutted. CNN IBN says an improvised explosive device was used in the blast.
