Still no definite conclusions on the Bangalore blast, but police now believe that it was in fact a bomb blast.

Rediff.com's Vicky Nanjappa says that two persons on a motorbike hurled the bomb in between cars outside the BJP office at Malleshwaram in Bangalore this morning.

Police sources say that it was in fact a bomb blast and not an LPG cylinder blast. The number of injured have gone up to 15 of which seven are KSRP personnel and eight are civilians. Two are said to be in a serious condition.

The police are having a tough time to find evidence of the used in the blast. Immediately after the explosion there was a fire and the water used to douse the fire may have washed away the evidence.
