Iran TV: 40 dead in earthquake, damage to buildings

And just as we thought there would be no casualties, early reports from Iran state TV says at least 40 people have been killed in the earthquake. The quake hit approximately 86km south east of the city of Khash, according to the USGS. The city has a population of 56,000. The quake was felt across the Middle East, Pakistan and India.
