North Korea likely to carry out another nuclear test

Noth Korea, one of the most secretive nations in the world, may be gearing up to conduct its fourth nuclear test.

South Korea has warned its northern counterpart of dire consequences if it goes ahead with the tests, but Pyongyang has refused to heed its warnings.

The US administration has stated that it "will not be surprised" if North Korea conducts underground nuclear missile tests.
