Is Rahul Gandhi sounding like Kejriwal?

Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi is increasingly sounding like his party's nemesis and Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal.

He talks about compassion, development and equality, without actually providing a road-map on how to achieve these goals.

Rahul also seems unwilling to let the Congress take responsibility for the many failures of the UPA government.
