'People will teach Cong a lesson for calling Modi yamraj'

Speaking at the BJP foundation day function in Ahmedabad, party chief Rajnath Singh said that Chief Minister Narendra Modi has followed Mahatma Gandhi's footsteps in Gujarat. "It hurts when a leader like Modi is being called 'maut ka saudagar'. People will teach Congress a lesson for calling Modi 'yamraj'."

"Modi is the most popular leader in the country," he said.

Singh said that BJP was the only party that can decentralise power.

Taking on Rahul Gandhi, the BJP chief said that he will have no impact in the elections.
