Thousands of people marched through the streets of Karachi today to protest against an anti-Islam film that angered Muslims across the globe.

Workers of some religious parties marched through the M A Jinnah road with banners and placards denouncing the US and the film.

They also chanted slogans including 'Hang the American film maker' and 'We are ready to sacrifice our lives for the honour of Prophet Mohammed'. The rally ended peacefully without any incident of violence.
