No IAS officers from Kerala as secretary to govt in 2013

In the coming year, not a single IAS officer from Keral will be appointed as secretary to the government. But two of the serving secretaries have sought a revision of the cadres, reports our correspondent in New Delhi.

The big question is why is the PMO sidelining Kerala-based IAS officers.
