Policy decisions must be left exclusively to govt: Sibal

Welcoming the Supreme Court verdict on the 2G auction Minister of Telecom said Kapil Sibal, reiterated, "Policy making must be left exclusively to the government. SC order brings constitutional clarity."

"The Centre will auction 2G Spectrum. The government can now work without fear," he added as the addressed a press conference at the PIB Conference Hall, Shastri Bhawan.

The Supreme Court today clarified that it does not believe that all national resources must be auctioned.
