Highlights of the 'Citizens Charter Bill'

The Right of Citizens for Time Bound Delivery of Goods and Services and Redressal of their Grievances Bill, 2011 is a novel legislation of paramount importance to deliver the government services to citizens within the stipulated time.

A parliamentary panel has recently asked for shortening the tittle of the bill and calling it Citizens Charter Bill.
