Gujarat HC seeks CBI probe in RTI activist's murder

The Gujarat high court on Tuesday ordered a CBI probe in the murder case of RTI activist Amit Jethwa.

Jethwa had been shot dead from a close range by two unknown motorcycle-borne assailants near the Gujarat HC on July 20, 2010.
