Babudom at a standstill in Delhi

A correspondent from Delhi reports: The resignations of Union ministers from Trinamool Congress -- after the party's withdrawal from the ruling coalition -- has stalled work at South Block, North Block, Udyog Bhavan, Nirman Bhavan, Shastri Bhavan and Krishi Bhavan.

A senior secretary quipped that no work had anyway been done at the Rail Bhavan, held by the TMC recently, for the past two decades. Babudom has come to a standstill and nothing is moving in the government of India.
