He came to the Rajya Sabha in 1991 as a representative of Assam on the basis of the fraudulence that he was a rent-paying resident of that State. Twenty-one years thereafter, he continues to bite the bullet --- of hiding the truth.

Yes, his televised address to the nation on the night of Friday, September 21, had far too many untruths to warrant our belief in the much-touted label that he was a man of integrity.
