CRA meet: Jaya holds talks with officials

Ahead of the crucial meeting of the Cauvery River Authority convened by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh tomorrow, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa today held discussions with senior cabinet colleagues and officials to finalise the state's arguments to be placed in the meeting.

Jayalalithaa chaired a 'detailed consultative meeting' with Finance Minister O Panneerselvam, Electricity Minister Natham R Viswanathan, besides Chief Secretary Debendranath Sarangi, an official press release said.
