WB: 4 killed, 8 injured in blast during bomb making

Four persons were killed todayand eight others injured in a blast that took place when thevictims were allegedly making bombs near Rampurhat town in Birbhum district, police said.

While two persons died on the spot, as many succumbed toinjuries in Rampurhat hospital, where the eight injured wereadmitted, they said.

The condition of some of them was critical, police said.

The incident occurred when a group of about 15 personswere making bombs at Bagtui village under Rampurhat police station.
