Afghanistan bans YouTube over anti-Islam film

Afghanistan has banned video sharing website YouTube over a controversial anti-Islam film that has sparked violent protests in Egypt and Libya. 

US Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and three other diplomats were killed today when a mob set the consulate in Benghazi on fire. 

The Afghanistan ministry of communication and information has blocked all access to YouTube, said a senior official.
