Pascal's bail plea adjourned to September 17

The Karnataka High Court today adjourned to September 17 hearing of the bail petition filed by French diplomat Pascal Mazurier, arrested on charges of raping his three-and-a-half-year-old daughter.

Justice H N Nagamohan Das adjourned further hearing of the petition to September 17 after the government sought time to file rejoinder to the objections filed by Pascal's counsel to the application filed by the diplomat's wife Suja Jones impleading herself as the second respondent in the case.
