Pakistan cannot be a hostage to history: Khar

"We both agreed that terrorism threatens our region," said Khar.

Speaking about a possible visit by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to Pakistan, Krishna said, "There are no preconditions attached to his visit".

"Pakistan cannot be a hostage to history. We must learn from lost opportunity to move forward," said Khar.
