PM hits out at BJP: Parl washout negation of democracy

As the monsoon session of Parliament is adjourned sine die, the PM addresses a press conference outside the House. The PM said the washout of Parliament is a negation of democracy and the Constitution. Parliamentary institutions have to be allowed to function and not taking advantage of Parliament is not acceptable. The PM ended the short presser saying he had great respect for CAG, but we need to discuss it in Parliament.

Minutes later, the BJP begins its press conference with Sushma Swaraj's address to the media.
