Parliament adjourned over SC/ST quota bill

Parliament has been adjourned till noon, this time over the SC/ST quota in promotions in government jobs. The BJP says the government is diverting attention from coalgate. The SP which is against the quota bill asks how can the government
amend the constitution in one day. The Lok Sabha Speaker's benign expression is suitably stern but MPs continued to create chaos.
