Maya blames Cong, BJP for not passing quota bill

Mayawati also blamed the BJP and Congress over the ruckus over the quota bill. "The Congress failed to bring the bill into Parliament earlier and so they are responsible. In the earlier session the government did not bring the bill because they wanted to win the Presidential and Vice Presidential polls. Had political self interests been kept aside the bill would have been passed," she said."I have said this before, and this shows that the BJP and its allies in the NDA are anti-Dalit and they don't want the backward communities to prosper," Mayawati added.
