Jaya Bachchan: Cong, BSP politics over quota bill

The SC/ST Quota promotion bill will be introduced in the Rajya Sabha today, but the BJP is unlikely to allow a discussion to take place. SP MP Jaya Bachchan says the Congress and BSP are playing politics over the quota bill. The SP has also spoken to the BJP for its support to oppose the bill.
