Cases filed against Raj and Udhav Thackeray

Two cases were filed against Maharashtra Navanirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray and his cousin Uddhav Thackeray in Bhagalpur and Muzaffarpur today for their hate speech against Bihari migrants.
James Quadrez, a social activist filed a case against the two in the court of Bhagalpur district chief judicial magistrate S P Malviya under various provisions of the IPC.
He alleged that 'Bihari bashing' by the two Maharashtra leaders in a series of hate speech had hurt the sentiments of the people of the state and posed a threat to the unity and integrity of the country.
